Using the service

By using Tipped, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in line with these terms.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login information secure.

Honest contributions

You should only submit information that you believe is honest, fair, and grounded in real experience.

You must not knowingly submit fabricated information, impersonate someone else, or use the platform to manipulate workplace reputations in bad faith.

Prohibited behavior

You may not use Tipped to harass, threaten, dox, spam, scrape protected areas, interfere with the service, or attempt to uncover the identity of contributors.

You may not use the platform to post unlawful content or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, limit, remove, or moderate content that appears abusive, dishonest, unsafe, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that misuse the service or undermine platform trust.

Platform availability

We aim to keep Tipped available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access, or complete accuracy of all content at all times.

Workplace data and community submissions may change over time, and some parts of the product may evolve or be removed.
